Chase really sucks when it comes to customer service. If your going through a hard time like oh say you refrigerator goes out so you need to go by another cause you need food and all that other good stuff for your kids. They say suck it up and give us our money instead of working with you. You ask for a deferment and they say oh you have to pay this month for us to give you one of those. I just told you we had a fridge go out we wouldn’t be able to pay you this month. What do you want us to do go rob a bank or something. No they say is there anybody you can borrow the money from. We wouldn’t be trying to get the darn deferment if we could borrow money or if we wanted to borrow the money. Yall are a big company that makes over 6 billion dollars a year. Maybe we should of asked yall to by our fridge for us so we could pay you since that’s all you care about. Yall don’t give a flying fig about anything except getting yalls money. I could probably be on my death bed and all you would be worried about is the darn money we owe you. I guess thats all big companies for you. Wait when we had a car that was financed through drive there customer service sucked but at least they worked with you when you were going trough a bad time or something unexpected came up. Yeah i know drive at the best company either but at least they worked with us. I guess that’s the difference in a big company that makes billions a year and a smaller company. All billionaires care about is them self and there money and screw anybody that gets in there way of getting it.
So if you end up going to get a loan on anything never choose chase to finance you.
Ok I think I’m done for now. At least I got some of it off my chest.
